Appearance:
Vibrant Yellow stems with light green leaves. A real eye catcher on any plate.

Taste:
Similar to mature variety, earthy and sweet slightly more mild than red beets.

How to use:
Like mature beets, they are a diverse microgreen.

• Works well with radish & kale microgreens
• Great addition to a Greek salad, by adding a bit of depth and variation of texture.
